A lump-sum contract was a awarded to INTECSA to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) for site development, offsite, power generation and solvent recovery of a grass roots NOMEX® (fire resistant) fiber plant. The plant has a capacity of 4.000 tpy.

The project included the below execution areas:

• Overall project management.
• Detail engineering.
• Procurement assistance, including inspection and expediting, being responsible for the preparation of all the purchasing inquiry packages and purchase orders technical documentation.
